Order Pro 3000 is a sophisticated self service Wireless LAN (WIFI) point of sale (POS) system that uses a contactless “e-tag” smart card using advanced 256 bit Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) encryption technology that is connected to a customer loyalty program.
Order Pro 3000 POS software can be configured to operate as a stand alone for small business or networked for medium to large retail businesses. The software is comprised of integrated modules that include: Order, Payment, Inventory, Employee Time Tracking and aggregation, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) incorporating loyalty programs.
Order Pro 3000 can be integrated with an e-commerce web site so that all retail channels are catered for and managed by a single system.
The touch screen Self Service POS system reduces reliance on point of sale staff and reduces staffing costs. The POS hardware’s sleek design is enforced by an industrial grade steel casing and features a spill resistant screen, and industrial strength system board operating on an Intel PC platform. Photos of products can be added to the touch screen for easy identification and speedy order entry.
Because Order Pro is so flexible, it provides the opportunity for profit sharing partnerships and/or alliances between the retailer, manufacturer or supplier, and the financier. Customers can redeem points in real time at any of the participating outlets including the web to purchase new products. One system, one solution, many business models.
