InFlexTracker records the servicing and inspection of equipment or the execution of procedures at different locations. A Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) tag is attached to the item to be serviced or inspected (such as an ATM or vending machine), which is scanned by the service engineer on arrival and departure. Using wireless technology, data is then uploaded to the database to record events in real time. InFlexTracker is ideal for the validation of service call fulfilment and to monitor the movement of team members between different locations.
InFlexTracker also has applications in OH&S audits and maintenance management, where regulations require the servicing of machinery or equipment to ensure safe working environments. Data collected provides a transparent audit trail of activities to demonstrate you’ve met your legislative obligations.
