ChemTrack3000 is designed for the management of chemicals and chemical equipment. It not only improves safety in the operational environment, it also reduces risk and increases productivity.
Keeping track of chemicals has always been a challenge, because documentation is often unavailable when and where it’s needed. ChemTrack overcomes this by providing access to all information related to a chemical via the internet.
Missing chemicals, especially hazardous ones, can be fatal in the wrong hands. The onus is on you to have a transparent system of control in compliance with Operational Health and Safety legislation.
ChemTrack3000 indexes each chemical based on its hazardous state, maintains an audit trail of every transaction, generates reports for analysis and tracking purposes, and registers containers and equipments used.
Every user action is recorded in the system, including Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) of chemicals that can be obtained with a single click. In addition, an e-mail messaging system alerts the user to scheduled events. And an optional feature enables the integration of barcodes into the system.
