Asset & Inventory Management, Maintenance & Service Inspection

InvenTrack3000 has been specifically designed to meet the fixed asset, inventory and consumables monitoring requirements of businesses both large and small. It suits applications ranging from office and site asset management, inventory and consumables tracking, to preventative maintenance and warranty monitoring.

Using paper based systems for asset checking and inspection is now a thing of the past. For speed and accuracy, InvenTrack3000 uses Radio Frequency Identification (RFID); an automated data capture technology. The advantage of this is that f?equent inspections are not disruptive and daily inspection reports and monthly summaries can be generated in real-time.

The “who, what, where and when” of inspection is recorded for audit and accountability purposes. Both the date and time of the inspection and the data upload are recorded.

InvenTrack3000 is flexible and designed to be integrated into your systems and processes. Records can be updated using RFID, barcodes, or via manual data entry. You shape the way your InvenTrack is deployed and data is collected.

Inventory & Asset Management using RFID Technology

Flexible Asset Grouping

User-defined asset classes make item classification easy. They are easy to find with clearly defined and easy to navigate screens. This minimises the time taken to update records. Items can be classified as assets or inventory, as well as by location, place within location, and location within the place i.e. Jones Street Complex, Building F5. Room G74

Multi-vendor RFID readers and handhelds are supported

Using Intensecomp’s unique middleware system, InvenTrack3000 is able to work with different types of RFID readers and handheld scanners. This reduces investment on RFID infrastructure, because you don’t have to be locked in to a proprietary system.

Supported devices include; Symbol, Intermec, Psion Teklogix, Two Technologies, and various handhelds operating on Windows CE.

Flexible Asset Inventory & Location Linkage

Inventory items such as spare parts can be converted into assets easily and can be tracked by both asset and inventory location. Once the item has been tagged it has a unique number which can be read by any RFID capable reader. This form of data collection significantly reduces the amount of time taken for item inspection and stock takes. Furthermore, there’s no restriction on the number of assets and locations that can be created. Items can be transferred to different locations quickly and easily.

Suitable for Preventative Maintenance and Frequent Asset Checks

Because InvenTrack3000 incorporates a mobile version; audits and stock takes can be performed anywhere quickly and easily. It is the complete solution for fixed asset and inventory control and management. Schedules of maintenance, warranty expiry, and service due dates are easy to set up and InvenTrack 3000 will keep you up-to-date with routine inspections by alerting you when they’re due.

Expandable and Supports Back-Office Integration

As well as supporting the use of many readers InvenTrack 3000 is designed as a modular system that can also be integrated with many different back-office enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Navision, to name a few. The base system components include: Inventory, Inventory Movement, Asset Tracking, Session Checking, Flexible Reporting and Maintenance Preview.

Web or LAN/WAN Based System

InvenTrack 3000 can be deployed on either a web hosted or client/server model running on a Wide or Local Area Network. The web hosted model features report distribution in real-time via the latest RSS (Really Simple Synchronisation) feed technology that is incorporated in all recent webbrowser software.
